Care & Cleaning
of Your SafeFloor

SafeFloor should be washed down after every outing by using a garden hose or a low pressure, medium volume pressure washer (car wash pressure washers fit into this category). If using a pressure washer, keep the nozzle tip a minimum of 18 inches from the surface of the flooring.

For very dirty areas or if you have an unusual amount of fish slime, use a mild detergent or a diluted bleach solution (2 tablespoons bleach for a gallon of water) and gently scrub with a deck brush, then rinse.

Petroleum products can cause damage to the flooring and cause it to release from the substrate and should be cleaned with a mild detergent and rinsed off within 5 minutes. Failure to clean/rinse any petroleum from the floor will void the warranty.

*All products fade over time when used in direct sunlight. SafeFloor is UV protected, but will fade over time, especially if left uncovered in direct sunlight.
